Quest 11 of 16 in the Journal · From Edda · Oystersands
How to start
Ask Edda, at the slipway on Oystersands’ west beach, about her hull.
Click Edda to talk (or right-click and choose Talk-to; on a phone, long-press), then choose “What about the hull on the slip?”. “New quest”, the game says: your Journal and your Field notes keep track of it from then on.
What you need
- 10 × Planks: sawn from logs at the sawbench by Edda’s slipway (a log makes two planks, Carpentry 1), or planks you have.
- The way to Oystersands, far to the south-west, on the bay north of Alderhame Harbour.
Step by step
- A hull on the stocks. Edda, the boatwright of Oystersands, the fishing village on a beach of oyster shells far to the south-west, has a hull on her slipway that has waited since the spring. Ask her about it.
- Ten planks. Edda’s hull wants its planking: ten planks. Saw them from logs at the sawbench by her slipway (a log makes two planks), or bring planks you have, and give them to her.
What you get
- 120 GC
- +600 experience
- +400 Carpentry experience
How it ends
Edda's hull is planked and masted on her slipway, waiting for a fair wind and a brave first owner.
