Walk up to a pheasant (level 2): it sits tight until you are close, then bursts up and runs, so click it to catch it. It most likely drops a tail feather (and sometimes some raw meat). Old Henry wants one for his hat in Hold On to Your Hats, and three to line a hat in Another Dragon.
