Find the counter
Visit the green and honey Town Market pavilion in its own court northeast of Pixlaria Town’s Temple, north of the Paint Shop. From the square, follow the paved path north between those buildings and turn right. Click the central counter to Browse, or talk to Marie, Market Keeper. Visit the counter to buy, sell or collect. Everyone can browse; buying and listing unlock after your first 30 minutes of active play.
Buy something
- Search or filter the listings. These are other players’ asking prices, not guaranteed values.
- Choose a listing and how many items you want. Review the price per item and total cost before confirming.
- Your purchase waits safely on your collection shelf. Collect it when your bag has room.
Another buyer may get there first. If stock changes, refresh and review the new amount before buying. You cannot buy your own listing.
List your wares
Choose an item from your bag, a quantity and your asking price for each. Worn equipment, your bank and your tool belt are separate: put an item in the bag before listing it. Coins, quest items and keepsakes cannot be listed. There is no listing fee. You may keep up to 10 active listings; each lasts 7 days. Listed items stay at the market and can sell while you are offline. Buyers may take part of a stack, leaving the rest for sale.
The 10% sales tax
When something sells, 10% of the sold amount leaves circulation; the seller receives the rest. For example, a sale worth 100 GC removes 10 GC and pays the seller 90 GC. Fractions of a coin carry between a seller’s sales, so ten sales worth 1 GC each pay the same tax as one sale worth 10 GC. The sale review shows the tax and proceeds; splitting or relisting cannot avoid the tax.
Cancel and collect
Cancel a listing to return its unsold items to your collection shelf. Expired listings return there too. Purchases, returns and sale proceeds wait for you to collect at the counter, including after signing out or a server update. If your bag is full, make room and collect later; nothing is dropped on the ground. The bank is back on the west side of the town square; follow the market path southwest and then south.
