Blink

Blink up to three tiles the way you are walking; standing still, forward in the direction you face. Stops short of walls, water, cliffs, fires and anyone in the way: this teleport cannot pass through obstacles. Not in a protection zone, from a boat or mounted. A blocked Blink spends no mana. Requires a staff or wand. Cooldown: 8 seconds; independent of the shared spell cooldown.
