- Right-click a player-built door, wall, window, fence or claim stake (hold on mobile), then choose View property. The panel names the owner, shows the plot size and highlights its boundary in gold. Choose Make an offer.
- Check what is included, enter a whole GC amount and choose Review offer. The next screen shows the exact amount to reserve. Only the final Reserve GC & send offer button reserves your coins; you can edit or cancel first.
- The owner opens Friends → Plot offers, reviews the property and price, and explicitly accepts the sale.
A badge on Friends and Plot offers counts offers needing your review. Review the property to clear it; changes can make it appear again. Offers last seven days. GC is reserved from your Offers balance first, then your bag; personal banks are never charged. The owner can accept while you are offline. You can withdraw before acceptance; the owner can decline or disable offers at their own stake. There is no forced sale or automatic highest-bid sale.
A sale includes land, attached floors, buildings, furniture, decorations and planted gardens within the claim. Paint, rotation and plant growth are retained. Personal bank contents, carried equipment, pets and loose dropped loot are excluded. Transferred chests open each visitor’s own personal bank. Old building approvals are cleared; the buyer chooses new approved builders through Plot access.
If the property changes, the buyer must review and approve its current contents at the same price. Any other included builder must also consent to their work being sold. Seller acceptance requires a fresh review. Existing Carpentry plot count and size limits, the single-waystone rule and the twelve-planted-bed limit still apply.
Refunds and sale proceeds go to Friends → Plot offers → Offers balance, including while you are offline. Use that GC for another offer, or choose Collect GC to move it into your bag. If the bag is full, the balance waits safely. There is no sale fee. Up to five active offers per buyer and ten per plot are allowed; a buyer can have one offer per plot and must wait thirty seconds between new offers.
