Find your people
Open Friends → Guild to browse player guilds, accept an invitation or found your own. A saved character can join one guild, with up to 50 members. Guests can browse and save their character in Settings before joining. Founding is free; a founder can create another guild after 24 hours. Choose your permanent name and short tag carefully, then pick a crest and colour. Your [tag] appears on a small line beneath your character’s name.
The directory shows a guild’s public description, recruiting status and leader. Message the leader to ask about joining. Leaders and officers can invite saved characters by in-game name, even while they are offline. An invitation lasts seven days and requires acceptance.
Stay in touch
Use the Guild chat tab or /guild (also /g) for messages delivered only to online guildmates. Chat filters and personal mutes still apply. Leave longer plans on the Noticeboard for offline members: up to 12 notices in the guild, three per member, lasting 14 days. Officers can remove inappropriate notices; members can remove their own.
The member list shows who is online. Invite a guildmate into an adventure party directly from their row, or message them. Guildmates may party with anyone. Guilds are social groups: membership gives no extra XP, loot rolls, combat stats, building access or location sharing.
Look after your guild
In Manage, leaders and officers can change the public description, member welcome, crest, colour and recruiting status. Officers can invite people and remove ordinary members. Only the leader can change roles, offer leadership or disband the guild. The leader can also give the three roles custom display names in Manage, such as Captain, Pathfinder and Pioneer. Each name uses 2–18 letters, spaces, apostrophes or hyphens. Display names do not change Leader, Officer or Member permissions. A leadership offer must be accepted before the previous leader becomes an officer. Members and officers can leave freely; a leader must transfer leadership or disband first. Disbanding requires typing the guild name and removes the guild for everyone.
This is separate from Mira’s Explorer’s Guild, which gives exploration surveys. Player guilds are managed through Friends; no building or fee is required.
