How to get it
- At an anvil, Smithing 80: 1 × Gold bar, 1 × Storm shard → 15 × Stormquill bolt (base yield, before skill bonuses). 140 Smithing XP per completed recipe at the current game rate, before late-level reductions. Includes the 25% ammunition-making XP bonus; extra ammunition from mastery do not multiply XP.
Sell: 20 GC at the Smithy or Kitchen; 16 GC at the General store. Buying and selling prices differ.
