Worn as: ring. Requires Combat 100.

Wear one ring at a time. Replacing it removes its bonuses. Equipping never restores health or mana. Removing maximum-resource bonuses clamps current health and mana to their new limits.
Boosts damage spells only. Healing, mana cost and cooldowns stay unchanged. Ordinary attacks do not receive this spell bonus.
Rare: never sold and never made. Found only on the hardest creatures.
