At a glance
- Bonus ranged attack: 4
- Armour: 3
- Bag: one item per slot
Worn as: cape. Requires Archery 99.
- Earned at Archery 99: +4 ranged attack and +3 armour. Wear one cape at a time. It replaces an armour set’s built-in cape visually; all armour bonuses stay unchanged.
- Armour and shields work together against physical attacks, with diminishing returns, using the same rules against creatures and players. Better armour reduces damage, but heavy blows can still hurt. Armour is a protection rating, not a fixed amount subtracted from every hit. Spells use their own protection rules.
